Nomadic storyteller Nicholas Edward Williams blends American folk songwriting with Piedmont blues, travis-style fingerpicking, melodic vocals, rolling harmonica, some whistling and a stomp box. The variety of his influences is evident in his songs, from Doc Watson to Mississippi John Hurt, and from John Prine to Paul Simon. Well versed in many traditional American styles, Nicholas creates a sound  that feels familiar, yet new.
