It’s probably easier to list things Jim Lauderdale hasn’t done in his career as a bluegrass guitar troubadour. Jim has recorded with everyone from Dr. Ralph Stanley to Donna The Buffalo and written songs for artists from the likes of George Strait to Elvis Costello, while collaborating with partners like beloved Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter. Lauderdale has written books, won Grammys, started record labels and hosted his own radio show while still managing to play his guitar all over the world.
Jim has yet to win the Nobel Peace Prize, but ya never know! We’re always glad when he’s with us.
